Note:
"そろそろ遊んじゃおうかな" - when translated word by word, it means "I guess(かな) it's about time(そろそろ) I/we play(遊んじゃおう)". in this context, "I/we" is interpreted as the Pikmin. personally i would interpret the phrase like the one suggested on youtube, "*grins* Maybe it's time I/we (skip my/our work) and play..?! *grins*"
